The Vegan Do It Program Director

Topaz is a vegan chef, plant-based lifestyle coach and founder of Afro Feminista Vegan.


She has been plant-based for 6 years.

She has served as a vegan chef for high-end vegan restaurants and yoga retreats.

For years she suffered from obesity, acne, mood swings, eczema, joint pain. She beat these health issues and is eating a healthy plant-based diet.

Under her direction, you can start and sustain a healthy plant-based diet that leaves you feeling empowered, energetic and on the path to health and happiness.
